Stone - natural stone is porous: it is therefore recommended that you seal it before installation, and for light coloured stone check with your fixer for suitable adhesive and grout colours to avoid discolouration.
Glass & Metal - glass and metal mosaics can be scratched so special care must be taken when installing and cleaning them.
